SERVICES
You will not find a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. Each individual has specific needs and objectives: not only in their fitness goals, but also in the budget and time for a fitness plan. That’s why Mandy offers a number of different program options. Whether you wish to work out with her 1-5 days each week or you prefer to do the majority of your exercise at home or elsewhere, she will design a program that is fit for you. You can also take part in many of the fitness and meditation classes offered.
Bootay Boot Camp |
Mandy's popular BOOTAY Bootcamp is her most requested class. Join in on a tough, tightening, sweaty, fast paced and empowering workout. Mandy fixates on her belief that anyone can do it. It might take time, you might feel like you can't, but you can and you will! Open your mind and TRY. You might surprise yourself. This and all MIAN Fitness groups are non-judgmental and welcoming. Come and join us.
BOOTAY Boot Camp is an exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. BOOTAY Boot Camp is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and in that way to resemble a military boot camp. We typically work-out outdoors, but sometimes they will be held indoors. This form of fitness class has grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout. They definitely aren't for every person who enjoys exercise, but I am a fitness instructor who will work to get you fast results.
